  The Beutel family's Warrillee Santa Gertrudis cattle are based at Bunburra 6km south of Boonah. Our property is located on the coastal side of the Great Dividing Range east of Cunninghams Gap. We have been breeding Santa Gertrudis cattle for over 40 years with the stud being established in 1980. Warrillee cattle are bred to satisfy the requirements of the commercial beef industry. At the local Boonah and Beaudesert commercial show and sales Warrillee cattle or progeny of Warrillee bulls constantly win the Supreme Champion awards and sell for the highest prices per kg mainly to Darling Downs feedlots or for replacement breeders.  You have the opportunity this year to purchase proven Warrillee genetics at the Western Downs bull sale on the 9 th of September at the Dalby Regional Saleyards where 8 fit young beefy bulls (7 are natural polls or poll scured ) will be offered. On the 14th of September at the Brisbane Valley Sale at the Toogoolawah Showgrounds we will offer 23 quality young fit herd improvers (16 are poll or poll scured). The bulls have been vaccinated for 7 in 1, Vibrio, 3 day sickness and blooded with 3 germ blood. All are well muscled easy doing young bulls and will have scan results for eye muscle area and fat cover. They will also be semen tested and are fully guaranteed for fertility. Warrillee Fortress (P) top price bull at the 2012 Brisbane Valley sale he sold for $19 000 to C Hindle Bullamakinka Stud. At 22 months his EMA was 127 sq cms , Rump and Rib fat cover 13\10 mm, scrotal circumference of 41 cm, Weight 862kg, Daily weight gain : 1.22 kg and Semen quality of 85\85%.

Dangarfield Renault (PS)

Dangarfield Renault (PS) top price bull at the 2009 Dangarfield sale. His first son to be sold Warrillee F34 (P) sold at the AG Show sale for $13 000 to Swan Hill Cattle Company Blackall that was the equal highest price at the 2012 sale. At the 2012 Brisbane Valley sale another son Warrillee Fortress (P) sold for the top price of $19 000 to Bullamakinka stud, The 7 sons of Renault that were sold at auction last season had an average EMA of 122.7 sq cm and Sceotal Circ of 40.5 cm and sold for $7 428 average. This bull is proving to be a outstanding stud sire here at Warrillee.
